JOB TITLE: Locum Childcare Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+
LOCATION: Shropshire
SALARY: £35+ per hour (inside IR35)

THE ROLE:
This is a challenging role within a Local Authority based in Shropshire that is available on an ongoing locum basis for a minimum of 3 months. The role will include child protection matters and include pre-proceedings, care proceedings, fostering and adoption matters. The ideal Local Authority Childcare Locum will have excellent knowledge of public law and matters concerning the protection of children.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Childcare Locum Solicitor must have at least 3 years’ experience of working within a similar setting. Children Act /Adoption advocacy experience is essential for this role as you will be required to attend court hearings. The ideal candidate must be resilient, hardworking, and passionate about this area of law.
