Locum Residential Conveyancer, West Midlands - Holiday Cover, 3+ PQE, up to £40.00 per hour (£DOE). Our client is looking for a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join their well-established firm in the West Midland. THE ROLE:
This role would suit a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with upwards of 3+ years' experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing matters. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own caseload of matters to include, lease extensions, buy to let, re mortgages and transfers. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. This role is office based and the successful Locum will be based in their Midlands office.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with upwards of 3 years’ experience within Residential Conveyancing. You will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
