THE ROLE:
A new position has arisen for an ambitious Civil Litigation Solicitor to join this growing and expanding practice within their litigation team. The successful Litigation Solicitor will have experience in general litigation relating to Landlord & Tenant disputes, general property and contractual disputes, Company Debt, Personal Injury, Contentious Probate and TOLATA. The role will be varied and will require the appointed Civil Litigation Solicitor to be confident in their ability to conduct a file from start to finish.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from NQ Solicitors who will have completed a seat in civil litigation. The successful candidate will show a willingness to continue to expand their technical knowledge and commercial awareness with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients. As a Litigation Solicitor, you will have excellent written & verbal communication skills. The ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise your workload where needed will be the key to being successful in this role.
