OVERVIEW:
• If you are looking for the next step in your career and feel thwarted in your current role as there is consistently red tape across your promotional criteria which stops, you from reaching your career aspirations then this could be the role for you.
• A new role has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a thriving team.
• You will be walking into an existing caseload and will possess the ability to come in and hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
• The role will be varied and cover all types of commercial property and not your usual run of the mill property transactions.
• You will be working on a variety of property matters including development, landlord and tenant, commercial sales and purchases, along with some high net worth work.
• Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in dealing with a mixed caseload of commercial property matters.
