JOB TITLE: Wills & Probate Solicitor - 12 month FTC
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years
LOCATION: West Sussex
HOURLY RATE: up to £37.00 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This firm acts for clients in some of the most complex and challenging situations, offering advice in all areas of private client law. A typical day will see you advising clients on matters such as wills, trusts and probates, it is anticipated that the successful Wills and Probate Solicitor will be able to hit the ground running with cases at various stages of completion. You will have the ability to put the clients’ interest at the heart of what you do by keeping them up to date with each step of the process.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal solicitor will need to have a minimum 5 years PQE in dealing with Wills, trusts and probate matters. You will be a team player with a genuine ‘can do’ attitude and a proven track record of taking initiative in your previous roles. You will offer exceptional levels of client care and will thrive upon the positive feedback you receive from your clients.
