JOB ROLE: Locum Commercial Contracts Solicitor
EXPERIENCE: 3+ PQE,
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £70,000 - £80,000 (or equivalent hourly rate)

THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join this clients inhouse legal team, to provide locum support for around 6-months. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualified experience. You will be providing legal advice on a wide range of matters to include, but not limited to, reviewing commercial contracts, assisting in the preparation of tenders, answering tender questions/queries and supplier agreements. You will be a trusted advisor to the firm’s partners, advising on a range of legal framework and drafting a range of contractual documentation. The successful candidate will only be required to attend the client’s office once a week in London office and the remainder can be completed on a remote basis.

THE CANDIDATE:
This role is best suited to a qualified Solicitor with around 3 years’ PQE in Commercial Law, this experience can be gained either from a private practice or an in-house environment. The appointed candidate will be a strong communicator who possess a “can do” attitude towards looking for solutions. You will be technically strong, and highly proficient in your provision of creative and commercially viable solutions to varied legal challenges.
