Residential Conveyancing Locum, Holiday Cover, Essex, 3+ PQE. Our client is looking for a Locum Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established firm in Essex. You will be available to provide holiday cover from the 28th of March until the 20th of April and from the 13th of July until the 7th of September. Interested and available? JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Locum – Holiday Cover
LOCATION: Essex
PQE: 3+
HOURLY RATE: £35 - £40

THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? An exciting new opportunity has become available for a licensed conveyancer, legal executive, or solicitor with upwards of 3+ years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own caseload of matters to include sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. As a residential conveyancing locum, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. This role is office based and the successful Locum will be based in their Essex office.
