Commercial Property/Real Estate Solicitor 3 - 5 PQE, London. Top 100 law firm with over 150 highly-regarded specialist lawyers, working in departmental teams. The firm advise a mix of commercial, not-for-profit, regulatory and personal clients. They operate to an agile working policy (briefly, up to 40% of the month may be worked from home). You’ll be part of a supportive cohort of your peers from across the firm, participating in a variety of career development activities. Excellent remuneration package, salary £65,000 to £85,000 (DOE). The team handle varied and high quality work, dealing with substantial transactions which include: acquisitions and disposals, the acquisition of sites for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed use; the grant, renewal and termination of leases and related matters; acquisition and development of sites; joint venture agreements, conditional sale and purchase contracts, auctions and options. The Partners are looking for a highly motivated, professional candidate with excellent academics (ideally 2:1). The successful solicitor will be expected to demonstrate sound knowledge and experience of all commercial property work and commercial awareness. It is also essential for the solicitor to be able to demonstrate that they can develop and maintain good client relationships. You are likely to have had a broad experience in a commercial property seat, ambitious, can demonstrate initiative, passion and commercial acumen and be a real team player. You can expect a broad range of commercial property work in a supportive environment.
