NEW ROLE FOR A CORPORATE SOLICITOR 1 TO 6 PQE – BERKSHIRE – UP TO £70,000 (DOE) – JOB REF:7632

You will join a highly regarded commercial law firm. The firm is top ranked for many areas of expertise in both Legal 500 and Chambers guides. The position offers the opportunity to work on a broad variety of matters. You will have experience of and typically be involved in advising on disposals and acquisitions of private companies and company assets, corporate advisory matters, M&A, Private Equity Investments, JVs, group restructurings and capital markets listings / IPOs. The successful Corporate Solicitor will have between 1 and 6 years’ PQE in corporate transactional work You should be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and be prepared to take a proactive role in business development.
