JOB TITLE: Locum Family Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk (Can be based in any of their offices)
HOURLY RATE: £30.00 - £40.00

THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join a busy Family department of this well-established practice in Suffolk. The successful candidate will have immediate availability and will be able to provide cover for around 3-months, your case load will consist of purely privately funded matters. The successful Locum Family Solicitor will be providing advice on domestic violence, divorce, separation, cohabitation agreements and children matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
The role requires a Family Solicitor to conduct a varied caseload of family matters including cohabitation disputes, finance, property and care proceedings. Applications are sought from candidates with at least 5 years PQE in handling their own caseload of matters and those are self-sufficient and require minimal supervision.
