JOB TITLE: Real Estate Solicitor
EXPERIENCE: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: up to c£60,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
A fiercely sought-after position has become available for an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor within a well-regarded firm in Manchester. The firm’s Real Estate team deal with all aspects of the acquisition, disposal, development, letting and management of property which includes the financing of transactions, planning, construction and any associated property litigation matters. The successful Real Estate Solicitor will be responsible for their own mixed caseload of commercial property matters and also be required to assist the wider team when required.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Real Estate Solicitor must have well rounded commercial property experience to include, residential development from acquisition to site set-up, landlord and tenant, conditional contracts and investment acquisitions and disposals. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike.
