JOB TITLE: Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 5+ years
LOCATION: Cheshire
SALARY: up to c£42,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with upwards of 5 years’ PQE dealing with a wide range of both Residential and Commercial Property matters. Your case load will be a mix of both Residential and Commercial Property work to include, sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold work, new builds, shared ownership and right to buy and help to buy matters. Other key elements of your caseload will include advising clients on, site acquisitions, disposals and developments, overage agreements, portfolio management and property investments matters. The appointed Solicitor will be able to hit the ground running and pick up on an existing caseload of matters at various stages of completion.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Property Solicitors who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You will have the ability to manage an existing caseload and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Previous experience in a supervisory role is desired.
