JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Locum Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years
LOCATION: London
HOURLY RATE: £35 - £45 (INSIDE IR35)

THE ROLE:
This Local Government Council has multiple openings for candidates who have a strong understanding of Commercial Landlord and Tenant matters. The role will require the successful candidate to be involved in a broad range of matters including leasehold and freehold acquisitions, disposals, drafting and approving leases, exchanges, and completion/ post completion related correspondence. The caseload will predominantly consist of Commercial landlord and tenant matters, alongside more general sale, and purchase issues.

THE CANDIDATE:
The organisation welcomes applications from qualified Solicitors with a strong knowledge of all aspects of Commercial Property law, with a particular focus on commercial landlord and tenant matters. Applications without landlord and tenant knowledge will not be considered. You will thrive in a role where you are resolving and solving problems and challenges and working under pressure to meet demanding deadlines. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. Good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
