JOB ROLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 5+
LOCATION: Teesside
SALARY: Up to £40,000

THE ROLE:
This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor able to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all commercial property matters. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial property transactions to include, advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial mortgages, grants and new leases and lease renewals. You will be required to build lasting working relationships with clients and have the drive to contribute to the firm’s ongoing success.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
