JOB TITLE:                              Locum Private Client Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED:                      3+
LOCATION:                              Lancashire
HOURLY RATE:                        £35-£40 (outside IR35)

THE ROLE:
This is an urgent requirement for an immediately available Private Client Solicitor to come in and assist a busy Private Client team and specifically, the Probate Partner. The appointed Locum Solicitor will be expected to assist with all work associated with Probate instructions on behalf of the firms’ broad client base. The postholder will also be required to pick up on other matters where required, to include wills, trusts and LPAs.
 
Locum Solicitors hoping to be considered for this position must be available at short notice and on an ongoing basis. Applicants must be based within a commutable distance from this firms’ office in Accrington in order to attend the office for the duration of this assignment.
