OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with up to 5 years’ PQE in corporate law gained in a similar sized regional or national private practice.
• The successful Corporate Solicitor will be working closely with more senior lawyers, managing their own caseload of corporate and commercial work as well as assisting on major, more complex transactions.
• You will be handling a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and investment agreements, restructuring and banking matters.
• You will also be expected to get involved with various business development initiatives, growing your own network of contacts.
• Strong academic and technical abilities are an absolute must as is a flair for negotiation and business acumen.
• Candidates must be strong communicators, with a desire to build a successful career for themselves in corporate law.
