JOB TITLE: Property Development Solicitor
PQE: 2 years
LOCATION: Berkshire

THE ROLE:
This leading development and house building team focuses on the acquisition and disposals of development land, planning and construction matters and secured acquisition and development finance. The team is looking to appoint an additional ambitious Solicitor to join the team and handle the full range of development matters

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Property Development Solicitor will be able to demonstrate a broad understanding of the legal principles involved and experience of assisting with a desire to become an expert in this challenging field. You must possess excellent drafting skills, legal analysis, verbal & written communication skills and legal knowledge. Knowledge of development/funding transactions is preferred but not essential provided that you have good experience of handling other property matters (including residential property transactions).
