JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Lawyer
PQE: 1 + years of experience
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000

THE ROLE:
A well-regarded national practice has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join them at their Manchester office. You will assist on high value and complex clinical negligence cases, under supervision. On offer is an opportunity to assist on a challenging and rewarding caseload of multitrack work, including matters such surgical error, brain injuries, birth injuries and complications and misdiagnosis. This role will see the successful Clinical Negligence Lawyer dealing with all aspects of running a caseload of fast-track work from initial instruction through to completion. The appointed clinical Negligence lawyer will also be assisting senior Lawyers on a case load of multitrack work, under supervision.

THE CANDIDATE:
As a qualified Solicitor or Legal executive, you will have gained a minimum of one years of experience working within a previous Clinical Negligence role. It is expected that you will have knowledge of PI law, CPR, rules on evidence, the litigation process and funding as applicable. This firm are seeking a team player with a genuine ‘can do’ attitude and a proven track record of taking initiative in previous roles. Highly organised, and able to build rapport with ease, you will enjoy working within a close-knit team culture.
