THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a well-rounded Commercial Litigator to join this leading regional practice and cover the broad remit of litigation matters. Recommended in the Legal Directories for their offerings, this leading practice provides a superb opportunity to work within a supportive team handling a high-quality caseload of litigation matters. The firm are keen to hear from Commercial Litigation Lawyers who have demonstrable background covering the broad remit that is litigation including property litigation, insolvency disputes, contract disputes and professional negligence matters to name but a few.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitors will have at least 5 years’ experience in dealing with their own caseload of various types of litigation matters. Boosting a strong academic background and a desire to business develop and network you will be looking for a new challenge where you can see your career flourish to the next step. More experienced Commercial Litigators will have demonstrable experience of dealing with all types of commercial litigation and ideally possess the ability to lead and develop a team. If you have previous experience of supervising other members of the team and fee earning then we would like to hear from you.
