OVERVIEW:
• A new role has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a thriving team on a part-time basis.
• Applications are sought from experienced Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE
• You will be responsible for a varied employment caseload to include, contracts and service agreements, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy and reorganisation, business transfers, settlement agreements, tribunal claims, maternity and parental rights, discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal.
• You will demonstrate confidence when advising both employers and employees, operating in a friendly and personable manner.
• You will be a strong team player with outstanding communication skills.
• Candidates with an existing network of local contacts will be at a distinct advantage.
