JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 7 Years + PQE
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: Up to c£80,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This firm act for clients in some of the most complex and challenging situations, offering advice on all elements of estate and tax planning. You will assist clients with a range of complex requirements to include, families, business owners, entrepreneurs, sports professionals, entertainers, and medical professionals. The appointed Senior Private Client Solicitor will regularly consult with accountants, investment managers, private banks, and financial advisers to ensure quality legal guidance to clients. The appointed Senior Private Client Solicitor will be responsible for supervising junior fee-earners. It is also desired that you will have a client following and the ability to generate new business into the firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Senior Private Client Solicitors with upwards of 7+ years’ experience working within a similar role. Experience in charity formation and administration is desired but not essential. The role will require the successful candidate to be confident and able to make decisions that are consistent and reflect the agreed decision-making criteria, regulations, policies, and procedures. You will have previous experience in advising HNW clients on lifetime and death estate and tax planning, inheritance tax mitigation, estate administration, and the formation, taxation and administration of trust structures.
