JOB TITLE: Private Client Tax Adviser
PQE: 10 years’ +

THE ROLE:
Our client, a well-regarded Legal 500 law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Tax Adviser to join their expanding and reputable Private Client department. The duties covered within this role will cover the broad remit of private client with a particular focus on lifetime estate planning.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Private Client Tax Adviser will have a minimum of 10 years' experience within a similar role and you will possess both sharp commercial acumen and confident in the role as 'trusted advisor'. They will thrive running their own caseload along with being part of a busy team environment. Our client is looking for an exceptional Private Client Tax Advisor who is committed and willing to take an active part in the development of the business by the winning of new clients and developing and maintaining existing client relationships. As a Private Client Tax Adviser, in addition to dealing with the varied range of private client matters you will also be expected to advise on all aspects of the tax affairs for owner management businesses, high net worth individuals and all aspects of the taxation of trusts. Working closely with both the commercial property and corporate departments, you will offer advice to OMBs and HNWIs directed towards partnerships and companies dealing with the associated personal and private client work. The successful candidate will ideally be STEP, ATT and/or CTA qualified although this is not essential with a strong academic background, along with excellent inter-personal skills with a confident and professional approach at all times.
