PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR NQ-4 PQE – LONDON – UPTO £55,000 (DOE) – JOB REF:6918

THE ROLE:
This position will see you joining a highly regarded litigation team, handling general commercial litigation matters with a focus towards Property Litigation work. This is varied role that will give the successful Property Litigation solicitor responsibility from the outset, providing high quality technical work. You will be responsible for your own caseload, with some supervision, handling matters including, property related disputes to include claims over the ownership of land, rights of way, landlord and tenant disputes. The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will be NQ-4 years’ PQE having gained excellent training and experience with another leading law firm. Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors who are commercially aware, as well as offering excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be an interactive team member as well as being involved in business development and the marketing of the team including delivering seminars and writing blogs and articles.
