COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR NQ+ - EAST ANGLIA - £EXCELLENT – JOB REF:6857

Full-service law firm with a strong presence within the East Anglia region is keen to expand their commercial property team in Norwich. This established commercial property team covers a variety of matters on behalf of a varied client base including PLCs and individuals. As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for your own caseload of commercial property transactions including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold matters, landlord and tenant matters, development matters and other property related matters. Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with up to 4 years PQE and a proven track record of dealing with all aspects of commercial property work. You will have experience of managing your own caseload, advising on a variety of commercial property matters as well as undertaking business development activities. You will have worked within a reputable practice renowned for their commercial property offerings. On offer is a good quality caseload and a competitive salary and benefits package.
