JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 5+

SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
The expanding employment team of this leading national practice is looking to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor with a specific focus on advising higher education clients on a variety of employment related matters. Due to the continued growth, the firm are looking for a Lawyer with at least 5 years PQE in handling their own caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Predominately working for high education clients, you will (with proven experience) be taking on advisory work and handling an interesting and complex caseload of matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal Employment Solicitors will have at least 5 years’ experience working within a reputable practice renowned for their employment / education practice. You will have a strong track record in dealing with higher education clients or a very keen interest in specialising within this area of law. The successful Employment Solicitor will have excellent business development skills and an exemplary background in advising on non-contentious and contentious employment matters.
