THE ROLE:
Are you an ambitious and driven Commercial Property Lawyer seeking the next step within your career? This leading Legal 500 rated practice is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Lawyer with experience in handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions. Handling the broad range of commercial property work, the Commercial Property team deals with both freehold and leasehold matters, landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals and property finance matters. This is an exciting chance to use your existing knowledge and build your experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm would like to speak to you if you are an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive and have a strong record in dealing with all aspects of Commercial Property law. You will have handled your own caseload in a previous role, prior experience of client interaction is essential. Suitable Commercial Property Senior Associates will have at least 5 years PQE in dealing with a full and varied caseload of real estate matters. As the team work very closely you will have a proven ability to take an adaptive approach to work and offer support across the department.
