THE ROLE:
Our client is looking for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their busy, down-to-earth team. The appointed candidate will be working on a wide and varied caseload of high value matters, covering shareholders agreements, finance agreements, partnerships and LLPs, corporate lending and commercial sales agreements/licenses. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and energetic team that are well-established within the c£5-10m London market.

THE CANDIDATE:
This role requires a dedicated individual with around 5+ years’ PQE. The firm are looking for an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor who can bring an upbeat and positive enthusiasm to the role. The ideal individual will demonstrate a strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, in addition to previous experience across the full transactional caseload. You will be running your own matters form the outset, so will be expected to be organised and professional, boasting excellent communication and IT skills to really hit the ground running in this role. Previous experience of business development as part of a team, would also be of benefit.
