THE ROLE:
Commercial Contracts Senior Associate/Partner - This exceptional London law firm, recognised within Chambers and Legal 500, are seeking a motivated and determined Commercial Contracts Senior Associate/Partner to join their Corporate Commercial Team. Highly respected within the London market, this team advise large multinationals, public companies, owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs across the full range of commercial matters. The successful Commercial Contracts Solicitor will be assisting in the technology sector regularly advising customers and suppliers on matters relating to information technology, data protection, privacy, intellectual property, outsourcing and procurement.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a results driven Commercial Contracts Senior Associate/Partner that can bring an ambitious approach. You will offer first-class technical expertise from a well-regarded law firm or in-house role. You will have excellent academics and have at least 8 years' PQE. Knowledge of commercial contracts, franchising matters, IP, data protection, outsourcing and procurement will be required. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Commercial Contracts specialist to join a busy and supportive team, with a strong chance to progress. Individuals with experience of either private practice or in-house are welcome.
