Locum Residential Conveyancer/Legal Executive, 3+PQE, West Midlands (Hybrid working), Up to £40 per hour (inside IR35) – An exciting new role has become available for an ambitious Locum Residential Conveyancer. THE ROLE:
This role is best suited to a Locum Residential Conveyancer who will be able to run a varied case load matters to include sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new plot purchases. This is an opportunity to demonstrate your experience, excellent communication, and client care. The appointed Legal Professional will have a sound knowledge of all Residential transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with upwards of 2 + years’ PQE in residential conveyancing. Motivation is key, you will be expected to hit the ground running and work alongside dynamic team members.
