JOB TITLE: Corporate Tax Lawyer

THE ROLE:
As the appointed Corporate Tax Lawyer, you will be expected to provide tax support across sectors the firm specialises in. Covering a broad spectrum of matters, the successful Corporate Tax Lawyer will be covering a range of tax related matters including issues surrounding SDLT and VAT, tax planning advice on restructures, advice on partnership structures and property transactions for landowners, investors and tenants. The client base is varied, and the role could involve advising high net worth individuals, charities, owner managed businesses and partnerships to name but a few.

THE CANDIDATE:
Suitable Corporate Tax Lawyers will have at least 5 years PQE in managing their own caseload of tax related matters. You will possess strong business development skills along with excellent technical skills spanning the full remit of corporate transactional work. Ideal Corporate Tax Solicitors will be CTA qualified and have an excellent working knowledge of corporate tax matters, negotiating tax deeds and business restructuring.
