THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation and Insolvency Solicitor to join a reputable team. This forward-thinking firm act for a wide range of clients handling matters relating to insolvency (predominantly contentious) as well as non-contentious advisory work coupled with general commercial litigation matters.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from ambitious Insolvency Solicitors with between 3-7 years PQE gained with another leading law firm. The successful Insolvency Solicitor will possess a willingness to work on a variety of matters and the ability to work both within a team on substantial document heavy cases and also to manage their own caseload. Experience of misfeasance, wrongful trading and antecedent transaction recovery, in and out of court appointment of administrators and applications under the Insolvency Act) along with non-contentious and advisory matters. In addition, experience of general commercial litigation including contractual/negligence claims, shareholder disputes, warranty claims would be of use. It is essential that you have outstanding inter-personal and communication skills and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
