JOB TITLE:                    Family Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED:          2-10years’
LOCATION:                   Surrey/Berkshire
SALARY:                       Up to c£55,000 dependant on experience

FAMILY SOLICITOR: You will draw on experience of working on a wide range of family issues, helping clients to navigate the legal complexities of family related matters. Creating bespoke solutions that take into account the clients personal circumstances. You will be used to dealing with highly personal and emotive matters in a constructive and sensitive way. Energy and integrity will be key components for this role. Amongst the intricate and varied work you will be dealing with cohabitations, collaborative law, financial matters on relationship breakdown, issues involving children, parental responsibility, pre & post nuptial agreements and relationship breakdown.

FIRM OVERVIEW: This is a respected local private client firm with a busy workload of private family law matters. You will be keen to have autonomy whilst working in a friendly, forward-thinking environment. This firm are operating a hybrid working policy and can provide full secretarial support; leading IT platforms and a competitive salary and bonus structure.
