JOB TITLE: Locum Residential Conveyancer
PQE: 2+

HOURLY RATE: £Competitive

THE ROLE:
A reputable law firm in Warwickshire are looking to recruit a Locum Residential Conveyancer to assist them with an increased workload. The role will include dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing to include sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. The appointed Legal Professional will have a sound knowledge of all Residential transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with upwards of 2 years’ experience in this area of law. As a residential conveyancing locum, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have good organisational and communication and be comfortable working within a team to achieve practice area goals.
