OVERVIEW:
• A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a reputable team.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE.
• You will have technical expertise covering all types of disputes including contentious probate, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, property disputes, insolvency disputes and shareholder and partnership disputes
• You will be responsible for a broad remit of commercial litigation and be looking for a firm where you can see your career flourish and develop.
• You will be working within a well-established team and working alongside some highly regarded lawyers.
• The firm are keen to hear from individuals who are looking for a new challenge and the opportunity on offer could potentially include a mixture of remote / office working!
