JOB TITLE: Commercial In-House Lawyer – 12-month Fixed Term Contract
PQE REQUIRED: 7+
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £80,000 - £90,000 dependant on experience

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of legal, risk and compliance matters, including commercial contracts, client engagement terms, policies, intellectual property rights and data protection. Examples of the work you will be involved with as part of this role include: Reviewing, drafting and advising on client related contracts, such as engagement terms, master services agreements, non-disclosure agreements and release letters aswell as helping develop and maintain policies and procedures for the management of suppliers.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from candidates who have previous experience within Company /Commercial law, experience within private practise is essential along with a strong business acumen. The appointed Commercial In-House Lawyer will possess the ability to take a commercial and practical approach as well as the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative and prioritise workloads. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain high standard of professionalism at all times is essential as are strong negotiation skills with both legal and commercial issues.
