JOB TITLE: Property Solicitor
PQE: 2+
LOCATION: Herefordshire
HOURLY RATE: DOE

THE ROLE:
The successful Property Solicitor will support a busy property team on a wide range of property matters. The appointed candidate will be working on a mixed caseload of property matters to include development work, acquisition, buying and selling property as well as other general property matters. The Property Solicitor will be expected to provide assistance to the Partner on major projects to include developments, whilst at all times maintaining effective client relationships.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from dynamic and experienced Property Solicitors who have a proven ability to take responsibility and manage files, independently where appropriate. Property Solicitors wishing to be considered for this role must have strong client focus and commitment to delivering excellent client care along with commercial awareness. Applications are welcomed from experienced Property Solicitors who have a minimum off 3 years’ PQE in commercial property work. The ideal candidate will also have experience of working for social housing however this is not essential.
