COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR 1+ PQE – GLOUCESTERSHIRE - £UP TO £45,000 (DOE) – REF NO:6723

This role will see the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor handle their own mixed and busy caseload of Commercial Property matters to include sale and purchase of commercial property, taking and granting of leases, lease renewal and assisting in the co-ordination of the team’s activities and achievements of its business objectives. This role offers excellent career progression opportunities for the right candidate. Applications are welcomed from experienced Commercial Property Solicitors who have at least 1 years’ experience handling their own caseload of Commercial Property matters. This firm have a loyal client base and a lot of their work comes from recommendations therefore applicants must be committed to providing outstanding client care.
