JOB TITLE: Locum Civil Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years PQE
LOCATION: Herefordshire
HOURLY RATE: Up to £45.00 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This role is suited to an experienced Civil Litigation with upwards of 2 years’ experience managing a varied caseload of Civil Litigation matters. The successful candidate will have experience in general litigation relating to landlord & tenant disputes, general property and contractual disputes, Company Debt, personal injury, contentious probate and TOLATA. The role will be varied and will require the appointed Civil Litigation Solicitor to be confident in their ability to conduct a file from start to finish.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Civil Litigation Solicitors who will have gained a minimum of 2 years’ experience dealing will all types of Civil Litigation. The successful candidate will show a willingness to continue to expand their technical knowledge and commercial awareness with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients. As an experienced Litigation Solicitor, you will have excellent written & verbal communication skills. The ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise your workload where needed will be the key to being successful in this role.
