JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Partner
PQE REQUIRED: At least 10 years’ PQE
LOCATION: Cheshire (commutable from Altrincham, Macclesfield, Manchester, Northwich, Stockport and Warrington)

Recognised as one of the leading regional practices and with an exciting story to tell, this practice has established themselves as one of the leading players in the region and has a reputation for delivering client care and commercial legal solutions to its clients. The firm has an impressive number of Partners ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners and is definitely a firm to watch. As part of its strategic direction, the firm is looking to develop its commercial property offerings across the North West of England. As a result of these plans they are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join in a Senior Associate or Partner capacity to play a key role in the ongoing development and success of the property team.

THE CANDIDATE:
Senior Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 10 years’ PQE gained within a leading regional or city firm who are renowned for their commercial property offerings. You may already be a Partner within your current firm and be looking for a new challenge for yourself. Applications are sought from those who are able to demonstrate a clear following/network of contacts who will only be too happy to instruct you on future commercial property matters. You must possess an excellent technical knowledge of all areas of commercial property including landlord and tenant, development and leasehold enfranchisement.
