JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Locum
PQE REQUIRED: 3 years+ experience
LOCATION: Remote / Maidstone
SALARY: £35.00 - £40.00 per hour (INSIDE IR35)

OVERVIEW:
This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor able to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision. You will liaise closely with the team, providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all commercial property matters. The role requires an ASAP start and commitment for at least 3-6 months whilst the firm undergoes some permanent recruitment. The appointed Commercial Property Locum will have experience of working in a busy environment and be able to contribute from day one.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property. You will have the ability to manage an existing caseload, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be very self-motivated to ensure the best service is delivered to our client. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike.
