OVERVIEW:
Looking for a change? An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Lawyer to run a full caseload of purely fast track Road Traffic Accident cases. The appointed RTA Fee Earner will be required to proactively litigate cases under supervision where liability is in dispute or when the pre-issue settlement is not possible. A typical day will include investigating liability, investigation quantum, drafting witness statements, schedules of loss, legal research and the drafting of pleadings and statements of cases. This role is an excellent opportunity and will provide the successful Fee Earner with the chance to gain valuable experience in this area of law.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcome from candidates with a minimum of 2+ years PQE in PI work, excellent rapport building skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. You will need previous experience in Pre-Action Protocols, CPR and funding. The Successful candidate will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. Good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
