OVERVIEW:
• The appointed Family Solicitor will be responsible for handling their own broad caseload of Family matters to include, Divorce, Ancillary Relief, Civil Partnerships, Separation, Cohabitation Property Disputes, Pre-nuptial agreements and private children law.
• You will have the opportunity to play an active and key role in the future direction of the firm, and in the development and growth of the Family department.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative.
• You will have gained at least 4+ years’ experience within family law.
• The applicant must be committed to providing helpful support and well-informed advice whilst being sympathetic and approachable.
