JOB TITLE: Family Fee Share Consultant
PQE: 8+
LOCATION: London
SALARY: Uncapped earnings

THE ROLE:
This firm is looking to extend their team with a dedicated and passionate Self-Employed Consultant who can join them on a Fee Share Basis. You will be a highly experienced Solicitor with upwards of 8 years’ experience within Family Law, from this you will receive an agreed percentage of your fees, as well as the back-office support in place at this well-established firm. This position will enable the successful Self-Employed Consultant to work on a flexible basis, either part-time or from home as desired. This role is well suited to Solicitors with their own client following, or to those with a strong business and marketing plan to generate revenue across their first 12-24 months with the firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from candidates with the drive, ambition, and self-belief to become a success as a fee-sharing Consultant Solicitor with this national and highly regarded practice. You will have extensive knowledge in advising HNW clients within the full remit of Family Law. This role offers uncapped earning potential and unlimited flexibility in working arrangements. You will be skilled in self-discipline and self-motivation and will be confident in your ability to build and/or move a client base with you to a new organisation.
