OVERVIEW:
• The highly successful commercial property team of this reputable practice are keen to continue their ongoing successes through the appointment of skilled and ambitious Commercial Property Lawyers.
• The highly rated team handles a variety of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant, the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties, development matters and leases.
• The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive will have experience of dealing with their own caseload of matters from start to finish.
• Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat within commercial property law.
• This private practice is well respected regionally and has a friendly, flexible approach. Ideally, they are looking to attract an ambitious Solicitor with a solid grounding in commercial property law looking to join a progressive, forward thinking company; situated in a part of the country offering a good life/work balance.
