JOB TITLE: Residential Development Solicitor (Locum)
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: West Midlands
SALARY: £35+ per hour (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This role has arisen due to a period of growth within the firms highly successful property team. They are needing urgent assistance within their Commercial Property/ Residential property team whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. The role will be a mixed and varied. Please note you MUST have experience with Residential Development. The firm are looking for the Locum Residential Development Solicitor to be local to the offices and to the Midlands, and the role will be mainly office based, however they are considering applications from candidates looking for remote working.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 PQE, with the experience to be able to handle a busy caseload. You should have experience in all aspects of commercial/residential property matters including sales, purchases, option agreements, leases, conditional contracts, commercial and residential development sites, and property finance work. It would be desirable if the candidate had a client following, however more important they possess excellent business development skills. The Locum Solicitor will be picking up an existing caseload so the ability to bring in new business is an extra advantage.
