OVERVIEW:
• This ambitious, West Midlands based law firm are seeking an experienced and motivated Employment Locum Solicitor for a period of 3-6 months.
• You MUST have a minimum of 4/5 years’ experience of dealing with contensious employment matters. You should also be able to show experience of advising clients in relation to settlement agreements. This role will involve a mixed and varied caseload of matters such as; discrimination and harassment, advising and drafting contracts of employment, TUPE, disciplinary proceedings and advising on settlement agreements.
• This is an exciting time for the firm, with ambitious and exciting growth plans scheduled for 2022.
• This role is full time, and the firm will support a hybrid working pattern of remote and office working.
• West Midlands- the role is easily commutable from the East and West Midlands, including Birmingham CC.
• The firm are looking for candidates are available to start in January 2022, the role is likely to go on for 3-6 months, dependant on several factors including when the firm can recruit on a permanent basis.
• January 2022 start- 3-6 months
• Part office and part remote working.
• Hourly rate of £35+ per hour depending on experience
