JOB TITLE: Commercial Real Estate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 0-3 Years PQE
LOCATION: Surrey

THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly reputable real estate team. This specialist team advises on substantial transactions which include: landlord & tenant, acquisitions and disposals; the acquisition of sites for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed use; the grant, renewal and termination of leases and related matters; acquisition and development of sites; joint venture agreements, conditional sale and purchase contracts, auctions and options. You will be working alongside some of the best Solicitors in the country.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from driven and talented Commercial Property Solicitors with between 0-3 years' PQE gained with another leading law firm. It is essential that you are a self-starter and are able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation, but also work closely with other team members and displaying trust and loyalty.

A top 100 law firm working with a mixture of commercial, not for profit and private clients. Our client employs people who are leaders in their fields and as a result the firm is well regarded by legal directories and is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful team.
