OVERVIEW:
• This high street firm based in Herefordshire are seeking a Property Locum to cover a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters on a locum, ongoing basis.
• The role is to support the team with an increased caseload due to the extended SDLT.
• This role will be remote, and are using a case management system to support in the completion of the locum role
• The candidate must have previous experience of handling a busy caseload property matters such as remortgages, sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, transfers of equity, right to buy and commercial property matters. It is essential that you are either a Solicitor, Legal Executive or CLC.
• The role is full time, 9am-5pm, however the firm are considering applications from locums looking for part time.
• 100% remote working
• ASAP and ongoing
• Generous hourly rate and weekly pay- £35+ per hour dependant on experience
