JOB TITLE: Commercial Lawyer
LOCATION: Essex/Remote
SALARY: £45,000-£55,000 dependent upon experience

THE ROLE:
We are working with an Essex based client who are seeking a Commercial Lawyer for a period of 12 months on a part time basis. You will be working within this busy in-house legal team, delivering legal services to a variety of client departments. The role will include working on commercial contracts, reviewing, and drafting and playing a key role in procurement projects. The contracts will be varied but made up of mainly confidentiality agreements, goods, and services. The role is flexible, and the client are looking for the Commercial Lawyer to work on a part time basis from the office and remotely.

THE CANDIDATE:
You should be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with at least 2 years PQE, you will have gained substantial experience within Commercial Law and procurement and will have exceptional drafting and negation skills.
This role is well suited to a motivated Commercial Lawyer with availability to commence work at short notice and seeking flexibility and part time hours. Familiarity with Construction contracts (minor works) would be beneficial along with previous experience of instructing and managing external lawyers.
