PQE: NQ+ PQE (Open to all levels of experience)

Are you looking for a new challenge? Have you recently qualified or are you an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer frustrated in your current role in your current firm! Due to expansion, this leading regional law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives into their team. Keen to develop their commercial property offerings, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be able to deal with their own caseload of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant matters, leases, acquisitions and disposals, property development and licences.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in dealing with a varied caseload of commercial property matters. Ideal Commercial Property Lawyers will have proven technical expertise in landlord and tenant matters, development and investment matters as well as general commercial property matters. Newly Qualified Commercial Property Lawyers will be considered for this role along with more experienced Commercial Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, Senior Associates or Partners.

With a strong presence within the property sector, this opportunity offers the successful Commercial Property a superb platform to really develop their career with a challenging and varied caseload.
